Vacuum Dustless

how do i make my room look preppy? also how do you mantain a clean room?

its spring break and i have not much to do, so im deciding to clean my room. i want a unique room, that i wont have to change too much over my years of growing because im a teen, and i just want to keeep it simple. i have a pretty small room, its sorta a square. about 11-12 ftX11-12ft, and the height is about 7 feet.(yea its pretty small) i have wood like wall papper and very basic grey carpet. i dont like it much. i have this glass shelf that sorta makes it a little higher class sorta, but how do i make my whole room sort of like that? also, how do you maintain a clean healthy(sort of like dustless, vacuumed.....) room?

1st: Give it a good hard-core cleaning...dusting, vacuming, scrubbing, and washing anything, the whole deal
2nd: Remove all un-needed and un-wanted accessories that make the room look dark, and cluttered.
3rd: To make it preepy, put splashes of random pink things in the room...
