Dump Sales

How can i set up this charity?
I get sick and tired of all the bikes thrown out at the dump and given away at garage sales I know I can fill a container load easily with donated bikes to send to Africa which would be really appreciated.
Anyone have any contacts or agencies I can work with I'm in canada by Niagara falls
