Who makes the best hand tools in the world?

Hazet or Stahlwille? I have a friend who has some Sidchrome and Snapon but wishes to upgrade to Hazet. I love Stahlwille but have read great things about Hazet also.

He has Knipex pliers and Rennsteig punches/chisels, he just want wrenches and sockets.
We don't get Craftsman tools here in Australia, at least I haven't heard of them.

if its made in Germany then its most likely top.
