Sew Material

I am sewing a scarf and the material is one sided so I have to sew two pieces of the fabric together. ?

I plan on using a sewing machine. How would I go about sewing these two pieces together?

You have a couple of options. One is to sew them inside out to form a long tube, and then pull it right side out when you are finished. From there, sew the ends up (tuck the raw edges inside) and then you can add fringe or whatever if you want to hide the ends.
Another option is to sew it right side out the entire time. Tuck under the raw edges so they are inside, and then you'll just have a seam all the way around.
