As a carpenter / builder, I see all these little things. I would go on your list by priority most important things first. I go with a roof. Once your house is in the dry, you can probably do your time and the rest of your projects that you have means, if money is an issue. If you're handy at all, most items are things that you want to learn or can probably do on your own. It is really impossible to say how many of your projects will be complete without seeing the house.Lets just say the roof, siding and fencing will be your major costs and something you may wish to rent.
