Juggling Drywall

what kind of stilts should I get as gift for 13 year old into juggling etc, and where?

Would like to get stilts for my cousin to learn on, preferably as much like real circus stilts as possible while still being learner-friendly - maybe height adjustable? Can anyone recommend a type and a place to buy them? I see peg, pole, drywall etc - seems like pole won't leave your hands free to juggle, so maybe peg are the best, but are they too hard for a young teen to learn?
