Question about homemade hookahs?

Hello all, I am trying to make my own homemade hookah. I went to a party the other night and seemingly downed a fifth of Captain Morgan spiced rum. I was looking at the bottle, and thought that it would be cool to make a hookah out of it. I kind of want this to look semi-professional, ie I don't want it to look incredibly trashy. My question is, what is the best method for making a hookah out of a glass bottle? Should I buy the Hookah witch (top only) and just screw it on? Or should I invest in a diamond glass cutter and somehow connect the hose while making a bowl and catcher. Thanks!
