How Do I make a Portable Electric Windmill?

I have a Science Project at school. My topic question is "Does increasing the number of blades on a windmill increase the amount of elecricity?" I already know it's false, but I need proof that it doesn't work. I have no clue what I need or what to do. If I get good instructions, I will increase my Science grade from a C to a B or even an A.

Take a plywood board. Fix a rectangular (50x12 mm) wooden rod of about 600 mm length with it so that when board is horizontally placed rod is vertical.
Make a hole in vertical rod at about 25 mm below top. Fix a small ball or roller bearing in it. Fix a small rod through bearing and mount car radiator fan blade on one side and a small tape recorder pulley on other side of it. On the side of above pulley (used in tape recorder) make a fixing arrangement (with vertical rod) below above pulley and mount a tape recorder motor on it.
Join pulley of motor and pulley on which radiator fan blade is fixed using belt used in tape recorder drive. Since tape recorder motor is a DC motor it acts a generator also.
Connect wires of motor (generator) to a voltmeter/ lamp.
Portable wind mill is ready. This is a practical working model of wind mill. It has been displayed in science exhibition.

As regards increase in output based on number of blades, you are aware that wind mill changes kinetic energy of wind into electrical energy. Kinetic energy of wind depends on velocity of wind and contact area of blades. So try and find out truth for yourself. You have to work to learn.
