Blue Point

Is it possible to find the point of singularity using the BLUE shift?

Is it possible to guess the observable point in our Universe of Singularity. If we can detect Galaxies that are receding away from us and understand that they lie outside of our Universe and thus created before our milkyway, is it possible to detect the blue shift of stars and undertsand them to be receeding slower than us a thus lie near the singularity point of the Big Bang?

If our Galaxy is receding faster than another STAR would that observable star appear to be blue shifted?

Has another technique using the spectrum lines of distant stars or other processes to determine the age and thus find the area in our universe that show the point of singularity?
Or is the point of singularity impossible to guess due to our small observable slice of the Universe and speed of light covering distance?

Current theories suggest that the universe was created with a singularity which began rapid expansion into the universe we now know. All of the energy and matter was created in this Big Bang and started receding from each other with the expansion of space. In time, stars and galaxies formed from the gravitational attraction of this matter and energy.

To my knowledge it is not possible to detect the point of singularity by detecting the blue shift of distant light sources. From everything I have read regarding astronomical observations virtually all galaxies are moving away from us and thus have a red shift. Furthermore, the deeper we look into space the faster the galaxies are accelerating. This is explained through the analogy of a point on a inflating balloon moving away from all other points on the balloon. The universe is like the inflating balloon so that all of the galaxies appear as though they are rushing away from us.
